The knowledge and experience applied in the development of our properties stems from personal experience dating back many years. The first farm building conversion became our first home and that was the way we managed to get on the property ladder!
Further properties followed, ranging from farm conversions to new build properties, combining both traditional and timber frame construction. We have never bought a pre owned property, only converted or built new which is a slightly unusual claim. Our knowledge therefore stems from hands on experience.
We decided to focus on development in 2002, a bit older and wiser, and have created a number of bespoke homes since. We concentrate on producing individual quality homes and have avoided the rush for growth attractive to so many.
We are involved in every detail of your new home from initial land acquisition, throughout the design and build phase, up to the time of handover and beyond. We are Northumberland based and maintain a local presence through our skilled personnel and careful selection of prospective development sites.
