The house is covered by a 6 year Architects certificate following the design and supervision of the construction, proprietary items are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty and windows in particular are protected for 30 years against rot and fungal attack with glazing units receiving 10 years warranty. Building control site inspections are carried out by either the local authority or Salus UK.
